Requirements

  • Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for generating revenue through given sales leads
  • Scheduling and conducting meetings with the customers
  • Understanding the need of customers and catering their needs accordingly.
  • Taking customers for project sites and getting site visit done and briefing on project USPs thoroughly.
  • Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing and new product release launches.
  • Report on sales activities to senior management
  • Reaching the targets and goals set for your area
  • Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
  • Compiling and analyzing sales figures
  • Collecting customer feedback and market research
  • Keeping up to date with products and competitors
  • Candidate Must possess excellent Communication skills and Highly Presentable
  • Lucrative monthly incentive apart from fixed salary.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years' of sales experience
